Juicy Roasted Chicken
10:11 AMThere is just something about moist (sorry no sorry if you dislike that word) and juicy chicken...
Chicken is one of the simplest proteins to cook, however it is also one of the most difficult to get "just right" as far as moisture.
Here we have oven chicken, which if you cook too long or with not adequate moisture it can become dry. Sure there are things like Instant Pot or another type of pressure cooker that cooks them in less time, but it still isn't the same.
Here is the recipe:
Juicy Roasted Chicken
4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoons poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Salt and rinse chicken breasts. Combine all seasoning together in a bowl and mix together. Add chicken broth to roasting pan, and season both sides of the chicken breast and place them into oiled roasting pan. Cook for 35 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
