Yogurt Overnight Oats

This is quite possibly one of my favorite fast breakfasts. I actually got the idea of adding yogurt to my overnight oats from my mom! If you never have had overnight oats before, you're in for a real treat. It is quite possibly the easiest breakfast ever.

It is especially convenient for those who have a really busy lifestyle (aka #momlife). You can prepare this the night before and have it ready for those busy mornings, or even eat it as a snack to help boost your milk supply!

Here is the recipe:
Yogurt Overnight Oats

1/2 cup steel cut oats
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon blackberry jam
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1 cup greek yogurt

Add oatmeal, water, jam and cinnamon to a glass mason jar, stir and refrigerate overnight. In the morning microwave oats for 2 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Add yogurt and stir. Garnish with sliced almonds and a dusting of cinnamon.
