Here is the recipe:
Pan Seared Sea Scallops
1 pound sea scallops
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic
Soak scallops in salt water, drain and dry with a paper towel. Using a cast iron pan, heat olive oil and butter on medium high heat. Once pan is hot, add garlic and scallops (once you place the scallops in the pan, do not move them around.) Cook each side for a minute and a half to two minutes. Remove from pan, pour butter sauce over scallops and garnish with parsley.
